The Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB), is a law enforcement institution established and mandated by the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Act No. 11 of 2007 section 5 to prevent corruption, educate the community, and enforce the law against corruption.
This report is divided into five parts. It captures the PCCB’s mandate as enshrined in the law establishing the Bureau.
The first part addresses the Community Education and advocacy. The second part addresses Prevention mandate, the third addresses the Enforcement mandate and the fourth addresses the support function of administration and Human resources.
