Preamble

 Corruption has become a challenge of immense proportions the world over. The last Southern African Forum Against Corruption (SAFAC) Annual General Meeting was hosted by Zimbabwe in Victoria Falls in August 2007, where the Anti-Corruption Commission assumed the chairmanship of the regional body. Since then, no AGM on this regard has been convened due to a number of challenges.
