Country Context

Swaziland is a small landlocked country located in Southern Africa, bordered by South Africa and Mozambique. The country covers 17, 364 square kilometres. It has a population of just over 1,018, 499 and is divided into four regions. Swaziland is led by a monarchy who has supreme Executive, Legislative and Judicial powers. The country also has a dual legal system comprising of both common law and Swazi traditional law and custom.
